Applications
Warm/ Cold*
– Clean away any dirt/mud.
– Use the whole poultice or cut to size.
– Place in warm water, once saturated, remove & squeeze out.
OR
– *Place in cold, icy water, once saturated, remove & squeeze out.
– Place on the affected area with the plastic on the outside.
– Apply gamgee or cotton wool & hold in place with a bandage
Do not apply the bandage too tight.
